About Us
AILAR Limited was Founded by Saif Rana, after more than 13 years creating EdTech hardware and software products.
As a 16 year old, Saif would come home from school and assist his father in developing what would become award winning Education software just a few short years later.
As the company grew, so did Saif, going from humble beginnings to multi national within a few short years, building a worldwide customer base.
After many years of travelling the world delivering EdTech solutions Saif had an insight which lead to the creation of AILAR, what if instead of teachers having to learn technologies to help them teach, the technology could instead learn the teacher?
What would “technology learning the teacher” look like?
This question is the driving force behind AILAR – a mission to change education in an impactful and responsible manner

Education is so important – it can lift communities and change destinies.
At the core of education is empathy, something so very human that when the teacher connects properly, it resonates and stays with the student in an impactful way.
I’m someone who benefitted massively from empathy from my teachers in my younger years, it’s what took me from someone who struggled with education all the way to where I am now.
The goal of AILAR is to find ways to enable the teachers to have more of these impactful moments, and change lives of the students for the better.
